Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management or assistant management, preferably in the cosmetics sector. Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service. Previous experience in business planning, including establishing sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. Experience in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash handling. A solid track record of leading a team to meet sales and customer service objectives. Experience in planning and executing in-store events. Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work environment. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office; candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country if invited for an interview. Anticipated Base Salary Range: $49,000 to $91,000 (Dependent on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, the Company offers competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on the terms of the respective plans).
