Job Overview:
Bartels & Stout, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Microscope Account Manager to join our team in California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets for microscope products.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $59,179. This role requires a proven experience in sales, preferably in the scientific instrument or laboratory equipment industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for microscope products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
