Sales and Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively build rapport with customers.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving product issues, and providing information about our products and services.
In addition, you will assist with online business, develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
A strong understanding of the eyewear industry and previous experience in customer service or sales is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong computer knowledge and skills.
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
