We are seeking an exceptional Sales Professional to lead our team of analytical instrumentation sales representatives. As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will drive business growth, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in analytical instrumentation or technical capital equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and train others.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering.
