Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Professional to lead our team of analytical instrumentation sales representatives. As a seasoned Sales Manager, you will drive business growth, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in analytical instrumentation or technical capital equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and train others.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering.
