Optical Sales Lead

We are seeking a charismatic Business Development Specialist to be the heart of our brand. This individual will ensure the best possible journey for every patient and customer.
A successful candidate is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. They will personally take patients/customers through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold way.
This role requires 12 months prior industry (optical) experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience. The ideal candidate maintains Optician License requirements per state guidelines and has HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
The Business Development Specialist delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey. They engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
The compensation range for this role is $23.62- $34.65 per hour. At Visionworks, we offer a generous benefits package including Vision Coverage, 401(k) Savings Plan, Paid Time Off, Milestone anniversary awards, Medical, Dental for Full Timers, and more.
