Position Overview:

Role Overview:

The Culinary Service Associate will report directly to the Director of Dining Services. This part-time role involves serving prepared meals and snacks, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our students and staff. There is potential for this position to evolve into a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and set up for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  2. Manage the setup of hot and cold beverages and snacks throughout the day.
  3. Oversee the cleanup of all dining areas after meals and snacks.
  4. Receive and organize food deliveries in accordance with safety standards.
  5. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
  6. Prioritize the needs of students and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Applicants should possess a solid understanding of food service requirements, with a strong focus on client service for special needs populations. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, along with the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require walking, standing, climbing, reaching, and bending.

Compensation: Up to $15/hour based on experience.
