Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement a predictive and preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Leadership and Training: Manage and train maintenance personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, arrange for third-party contractor support as needed, and prepare maintenance budgets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with departments to schedule maintenance tasks, promote continual improvement, and advance in equipment, facility, and systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Engineering, Project, Construction, or Operations Management preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in facilities and maintenance, including 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated contract review and negotiation experience, project management skills, and technical skills in MS Office and other Windows-based programs.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record.
