Your Responsibilities

As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing responsive and professional communication to our customers through various channels, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
  • Creative problem-solving to resolve customer needs, using your diplomatic approach to save the day.
  • Collaborating with our sales, operations, marketing, and technical support teams to tackle customer issues and elevate their experience.
  • Maintaining meticulous records in our customer service management system to ensure no customer concern slips through the cracks.
  • Thriving in a results-driven environment, meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals, focusing on response times, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
  • Empowering customers with accurate and timely information to make informed decisions and maximize their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Navigating challenges to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless journey.
  • Building a loyal customer base through your commitment to exceeding performance goals.
Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for candidates with:
  • 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of International Business.
  • The ability to report onsite 5 days per week.
  • The ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international geography, including countries, major cities, and ocean ports, as well as basic knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Laws.
