Critical Care Transport Team Leader

The Registered Nurse serves as the leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health, establishing a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and other team members, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans that promote optimal health or a comforting peaceful death. The nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Experience: Minimum two years critical care experience, required. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NRP, ENPC; required. Additional Skills Preferred: Previous applicable progressive/telemetry and/or critical care/neuro clinical experience. CEN, CFRN, CCRN, or CTRN within 1 year of hire
