Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients in critical care settings.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journeys.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum two years of critical care experience.
- PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NRP certifications.
- Additional skills preferred: CEN, CFRN, CCRN, or CTRN within one year of hire.
