Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care for patients, as well as collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

The Critical Care Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:
  • A current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in critical care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • CCRN, PCCN, or CNRN certification preferred.
