Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inpatient Program Coordinator to join our team at the Medical University of South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating program design, implementation, and daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service delivery processes for programs administered by the agency.
- Conduct special projects at management's request; prepare and present reports.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff concerning program issues.
- Attend legislative, public, and advocacy group hearings; present information for discussion and/or decision-making purposes.
- Review program objectives to determine compatibility with the agency's mission; assess programs and implement policy, procedure, or rule changes.
- Participate in the management of the agency; attend agency planning sessions, recommend allocation of resources, provide feedback to employees and agency head, and encourage employee growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a support role or 0-2 years of experience in a professional role.
