  • Conduct special projects at management's request; prepare and present reports.
  • Provide direction and guidance to staff concerning program issues.
  • Attend legislative, public, and advocacy group hearings; present information for discussion and/or decision-making purposes.
  • Review program objectives to determine compatibility with the agency's mission; assess programs and implement policy, procedure, or rule changes.
  • Participate in the management of the agency; attend agency planning sessions, recommend allocation of resources, provide feedback to employees and agency head, and encourage employee growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in a support role or 0-2 years of experience in a professional role.
