Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Spearhead the creation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support corporate planning. Assess variances and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to ensure financial planning aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization. Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies.
  • Performance Insights: Generate and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trend assessments to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Business Support: Engage closely with various business units to comprehend their financial requirements, offer recommendations, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Financial Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Technical Competence: Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, or equivalent).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
