At Private Firm, we value relationships and exceptional service. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

We manage real estate properties and condo associations, and your role will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with residents through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Work closely with property managers to resolve concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Greet customers with a smile and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction and appreciation
  • Imposing penalties or taking adverse actions requires a resolute yet respectful manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Oustanding interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WORD and EXCEL)
  • Able to travel extensively (estimated 25 miles per day) and possess own vehicle

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills
