About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Systems Lead to join our team at Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.
Job Summary
This is a leadership role that requires strong management, mentoring, and development skills. The successful candidate will lead a team of User Acceptance Testers in our state-of-the-art customer service call center and be responsible for ensuring thorough and accurate testing processes are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of User Acceptance Testers
- Direct large-scale customer service systems projects and implementations
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal business areas and third-party providers
- Ensure effective project management and User Acceptance Testing methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in Customer Service or Call Center management
- Experience with project management, User Acceptance Testing methodology, and Customer Service Systems implementations preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, 401(k) with 6% employer match, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.
