We are looking for an exceptional Commercial Growth Manager to drive commercial success at Amtraco.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing operational and financial aspects, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with clients, customers, and suppliers to optimize profit margins.
  • Regularly update the Business Unit Manager on project progress.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Record and analyze budgets, expenses, and revenue data.
  • Collaborate with other departments on commercial process matters.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Lead key account management and pricing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial and/or Sales Manager.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in driving commercial growth.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think strategically.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $140,000 - $180,000, based on qualifications and experience.
