Job Title: Business Administrator

Job Summary:

MMA Design LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various business operations, including contracts, programs, and financial administration/management needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, audit, and process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales invoices, expenses, monthly reports, and DCAA compliance utilizing company tools.
  • Maintain current financial status on a regular basis by collecting, processing, and analyzing information and preparing reports as required.
  • Retain constant awareness of the company's business and operational position and act to proactively prevent problems and support company operations and administration.
  • Administration and audit of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting, financials, and contracts.
  • Prepare provisional rate budgets, actual rates, and annual ICE reports to DCAA.
  • Support business development proposal preparation and estimating with historical financial information and analysis.
  • Support Programs administration and execution.
  • Support business operations analysis, administration, and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant business area, and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Understanding of Government contract requirements, including FAR and DFAR.
  • Ideal candidate is a power user of Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central. Experience with other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Leadership team as well as other personnel.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Aerospace industry experience a plus.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Multi-tasking and time management.
  • Possession of strong organizational and communication skills.
