  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or Change Management are advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of web-based applications and database management is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Willingness to travel, with an average of 15% travel anticipated.
