Job Overview

The Eliza Jane is seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel's physical assets, including equipment, grounds, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspect quality of work and direct team members and outside contractors in tasks
  • Assign, supervise, and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of the hotel
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Supervise remodeling projects or capital expenditure needs, including preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor special projects

Requirements:

  • Prior experience required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently lead a team
  • Thorough knowledge of the property
  • Work with outside vendors as needed on projects (bid projects, scope of work, timelines, etc.)
