Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Conductor's channel partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Advocate for partner opportunities with the senior executive team, collaborating on go-to-market, product, and customer success strategies.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership deals to meet business and revenue goals.
  • Develop enablement playbooks and provide training, support, and resources to ensure partner success and growth.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships with partners, uncovering additional business and growth opportunities.
  • Establish infrastructure, processes, and best practices to support partnerships, incorporating necessary tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) for seamless partner integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners, covering lead generation, sales, product development, and integration.
  • Oversee cross-team collaborations related to partner initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on partnership performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience driving high-performing partner, business development, and/or sales in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing strategic partnerships at the executive level.
  • Expertise in constructing and managing strategic partners, agencies, reseller, ISV, and marketplace partner programs.
  • Professional and technical knowledge with an understanding of marketing tech and B2B SaaS required; in-depth experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, and/or Web Optimization preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience, including building and leading teams, and fostering high-performance, positive team cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience presenting to senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence outcomes.
  • Sound business judgment with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to take ownership and influence results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, take accountability, and navigate uncertainty efficiently.
  • Agile and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $175,000 - $225,000. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors. In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a 30% incentive plan based on attainment of quota and performance targets.
