Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Night Auditor at Remington. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct daily audits of front office and outlet transactions, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  2. Review room and tax postings for accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
  3. Complete back-ups of the front office computer system and night audit program on a daily basis.
  4. Assist with rebuilding the front office system, reservation management, and other related computer maintenance tasks.
  5. Implement management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
  6. Engage with guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
