Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Records Management Coordinator to join a project with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and distribute daily project files and establish a comprehensive listing of stored materials.
  • File and store physical documents, including paper manuals, digital media, and project-related files in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and compliance monitoring initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team with additional assignments as needed.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • The ability to provide two professional references.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
