Job Overview

We are seeking a Student Records Coordinator to join our team at the San Diego Job Corps Center in Imperial Beach, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating student transportation arrangements, ensuring data integrity, and performing input and output operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit student records documents to ensure data integrity requirements are met.
  2. Prepare and review intake packets, proofread records or forms, and copy needed information as required.
  3. Coordinate student transportation arrangements, ensure accountability, and return transportation documents as necessary.
  4. Perform input and output operations and make adjustments to ensure schedules are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of clerical, administrative, or related experience, including computer data entry experience, is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
