The Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate role is responsible for providing strategic human resource support to Enpro Inc.'s Corporate and Shared Services teams. This includes employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, policy and procedure alignment, compensation and payroll, performance management, and compliance with state and federal laws.

- Manage payroll and leave of absence processing and related issues.
- Assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and implement appropriate solutions.

- Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans.

- Partner with other HR partners to support overall HR business strategy and execution.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, I/O psychology, or related field.
- Minimum Experience: 7+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated experience assessing risk relative to the business.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work.
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience.
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment.
- Experience using data to identify trends that drive action.
- Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations.
- Experience with union populations a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems.
- Coaching facilitation skills and experience.
