About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems to join our Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and establish a world-class HR Employee Relations/Labor Relations Services Team and deliver a new experience through process and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Working closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployments.
  • Functioning as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by building and/or re-engineering HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
  • Leading the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting all relevant test scenarios and test cases.
  • Producing effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
  • Influencing, guiding, and leading less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Driving requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the business.
  • Partnering with client area to execute planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of overly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Workday).
  • Managing multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacy.
  • Own and execute on system administration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management.
  • Driving and maintaining capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans, user acceptance and regression testing.
  • Assisting in decomposing epics into effective user stories.
  • Maintaining task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
  • Working with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
  • Ensuring cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed to execute projects with quality and on-time.
  • Contributing to delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of HR Systems analyst experience (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations.
  • 4+ years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems, preferably Workday HCM/ServiceNow HRSD, or similar human resource management software.
  • 1+ years of analyst experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application (HRSD).
  • 1+ years of experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners.
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management.
  • Ability to operate as part of cross-functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
