Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Martin Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our hotel and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Develop and implement procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure seamless operation of the department
  • Train and evaluate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Manage inventory and supplies, and report any issues or concerns to the Executive Housekeeper
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety rules and regulations, and participate in safety and security committee meetings
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in commercial cleaning or hotel industry
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical demands of the job
