We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping and laundry teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of housekeeping associates, including room attendants, housekeepers, floor supervisors, and laundry associates.
    • Coach and counsel associates to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate daily activities and ensure sufficient staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas.
    • Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up on any issues.
    • Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure quality assurance standards are being met.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies and cleaning materials is maintained.
  • Training and Development
    • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new housekeeping team members.
