  • Act as a mentor and resource for housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good working condition.
  • Handle any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in environmental services within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service skills that reflect the values of the organization.
  • Certification in Hospital Fire and Life Safety (for applicable candidates).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation: Pay range from $21.00 to $27.03 per hour.
