Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Deterrence: Patrol designated areas on bike to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or incidents to local authorities, providing accurate descriptions of individuals, vehicles, and other relevant details.
  • Customer Service: Engage with community members, providing directions, information, and recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, sharing information and promoting the company's services.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit written reports on incidents, property conditions, and daily activities.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional environment, adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • Physical Abilities: Possess the physical capacity to ride a bike or traverse continuously during an eight-hour shift, with normal breaks.
  • Communication: Be able to speak, read, and write the English language to create basic reports.
