Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition and development, including recruiting, training, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
  • Build strong partnerships with Clinical Services and the Support Center.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to ensure staff members are achieving desired goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the Support Center and Human Resources.
  • Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
