Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and HR processes.
