LOGISTICS OPERATIONS LEADER:

This role entails overseeing the comprehensive operations of the Warehouse, which includes the receipt of materials, inventory management, and the distribution of finished products. The Logistics Operations Leader will report directly to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the shipping manager by defining work procedures and optimizing workflow.
  • Review work for accuracy, organization, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and standardize processes to enhance worker efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
  • Ensure accurate shipment of orders.
  • Assist team members with operational challenges.
  • Guarantee compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), departmental protocols, and company policies within the warehouse.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising a team of at least 2 employees.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction with various departments and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
