Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export and import requests according to client specifications and established protocols.
  • Address discrepancies upon acceptance.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of outbound shipments, including flights and trucks.
  • Handle import documentation, including delivery, transfer, and abandoned shipments.
  • Process all Air Waybills and HAWBs, ensuring precise data entry in line with client requirements.
  • Manage Special Cargo operations.
  • Initiate invoicing and accept cash transactions.
  • Conduct Service Recovery tasks, such as tracing and warehouse inspections.
  • Handle Airmail operations.
  • Adhere to quality standards and documented procedures.
  • Follow security protocols as mandated by clients and local authorities.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any irregularities.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the workday.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access documents and equipment.
  • Frequent use of computers and office machinery, including calculators, copiers, and printers.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting with collaborative team interactions.
  • Occasional exposure to varying lighting conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: GED or High School diploma preferred.

Shift Availability:

Operations run 24/7; candidates must be open to flexible scheduling.
