Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Process Engineer, you will:

  • Assess and optimize facility layouts, workflow processes, labor distribution, and material handling equipment designs for both new and existing warehouses.
  • Deliver presentations and results to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Engage in analysis, design, and procurement for new facilities while supporting start-up operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Expeditors' warehouse standards, focusing on modernity, efficiency, and high-quality infrastructure.
  • Conduct customer analysis, providing detailed facility layouts and visual process documentation.
  • Share warehousing best practices across various regions.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • 1 to 4 years of industry-specific experience.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate effectively.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:
