Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute oil changes, filter swaps, fluid assessments, and other standard maintenance procedures on a variety of vehicles.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections to detect potential problems and communicate findings effectively to customers and team members.
  • Deliver superior customer service by responding to inquiries, clarifying maintenance suggestions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Handle phone calls in a timely and professional manner, assisting customers with questions, scheduling appointments, and providing general information.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly utilized, stored, and accessible.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and others.

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a lube technician or in a comparable automotive maintenance position is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including oil mechanisms, filters, and fluids.
  • Competence in using various tools and equipment related to lube services and maintenance.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with the capacity to manage inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns.
  • Effective communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Attention to detail and the capability to follow instructions and procedures meticulously.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
