Position Summary: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
In this position, you will oversee the installation, upkeep, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, with a particular emphasis on boiler units. Your contributions will significantly influence the efficiency and safety of our clients' HVAC operations, thereby supporting their business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair boiler systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Execute diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on various boiler components, such as pumps, valves, and controls.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avert system failures and ensure peak performance.
- Engage with clients to evaluate their HVAC requirements and deliver customized solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts utilized.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Boiler Technician or Commercial HVAC Service Technician, particularly with boiler systems.
- Specialized training or certification in boiler operation and maintenance.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, especially in commercial applications.
- Capability to diagnose and resolve intricate mechanical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
