Job Opportunity

We are seeking a self-driven individual to join our team as a New Construction Sales Specialist at Tim O'Brien Homes LLC.

This role is commission-based and offers a generous compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Real Estate License in the State of Wisconsin or be willing to obtain one within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain availability at Model Home Staff Hours from Friday to Tuesday, 12-5 pm including weekends, totaling hours per week.
  • Participate in all team meetings and offer insights to Sales and Marketing Management to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the Tim O'Brien Homes Sales Process, ensuring a thorough understanding of contract documentation, financing options, and minimum standards outlined in Sales Training.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process - from sale to post-close interactions, aiming for an Avid customer satisfaction rating in the top 10% in the US.
  • Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with current, past, and potential customers to maximize opportunities for customer referrals.
  • Proactively address customer journey management issues during sales and construction phases by attending various customer orientations and construction updates.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), Microsoft Teams, Zoom. With training, Blue beam/Revit Skills, HubSpot
