Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team at Per Sé Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and efficient project execution.
  • Assume responsibility for the productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
  • Monitor and ensure worker's and all subcontractors' safety, conducting regular safety meetings and progress updates.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to develop project schedules, trade staffing, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on large multifamily and commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil/site, architectural/finish, and all MEP.
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints.
