We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of ten years in a role that closely aligns with the responsibilities outlined below:

Key Responsibilities:
With a focus on the electrical aspects of projects, you will be responsible for reviewing technical drawings, specifications, design documents, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Change Notices (CNs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). Your insights will be crucial in assessing the adequacy and thoroughness of these deliverables for the Federal Team.

Your expertise will guide the Federal Team in overseeing and executing electrical construction tasks and managing crews within operational facilities. You will ensure compliance with Department of Energy (DOE) specific design, safety, commissioning, and operational standards for line-item projects.

You will also provide field oversight for construction activities, ensuring that work control processes and procedures are effectively implemented and optimized, facilitating safe and efficient coordination with facility operations.

Financial Oversight:
Assist the Federal Team in evaluating project budgets, analyzing costs incurred to date, and estimating the remaining costs for construction projects.

Testing and Commissioning:
Engage in oversight activities related to the testing, commissioning, and transition of various electrical systems to operational status, offering valuable input to the Federal Team in these critical areas.

Requirements:
Possession of a current DOE Q Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain such clearance is essential.
