Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and other correspondence
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Fluent bilingual skills in English and French (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
