Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Management Specialist to handle personal injury claims effectively. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in managing personal injury cases, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong capacity for multitasking. This position entails overseeing the lifecycle of personal injury claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring efficient case management within a designated team structure.

Compensation:

$52,000 - $68,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently manage client intake, draft demand letters, acquire medical records and bills, negotiate bill reductions, follow up with clients, and represent personal injury victims prior to litigation.
  • Ensure timely completion of the following tasks:

1. Dispatch Letters of Representation to relevant parties.

2. Establish insurance claims.

3. Request and obtain declaration pages.

4. Order and receive police reports.

5. Order and receive medical records and bills.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain organized and current case files, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed.
  • Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information for cases.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to formulate case strategies.
  • Provide administrative assistance to attorneys and undertake additional duties as necessary.
  • Review legal documents to ensure compliance with all legal standards.
  • Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely task completion.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in drafting personal injury demand letters and conducting legal research is essential.
  • Experience in drafting personal injury demand letters is a prerequisite.
  • This position requires in-office attendance.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is required.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain self-motivation is necessary.
  • A 2-year degree or paralegal certification is acceptable; however, a bachelor's degree is preferred. A high school diploma is mandatory.
