Job Summary

As the Director of Clinical Research and Strategy, you will execute innovative strategies for programs and products to enhance our clinician-facing business. You will manage the research, business cases, development, and launches of programs and products in a portfolio in line with the strategy set by the leadership of the Navista business pillar you report in, including Clinical Trials, Precision Medicine, Genomics, and others.

Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis of market research, trends, projections, and innovations to formulate concepts for new programs, solutions, and services.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business Development teams to integrate commercial, customer, and technical perspectives.
  • Develop annual and multi-year program strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of clinical programs and services in alignment with Navista strategy.
  • Execute programs, maintain ongoing clinical leadership, and account for business cases for new programs, services, or solutions based on market and customer research.
  • Engage with member practices, physicians, and other clinicians, and lead clinical representation for RWE, HEOR, BioPharma as requested.
  • Account for relationships with key vendors/suppliers required for strategic development, provide guidance to less-experienced professionals, and participate in industry conferences and other industry events to promote Navista's products and services and stay abreast of market developments.
  • Lead special projects as requested.
Qualifications
  • Advance degree (MBA, RN, PA, NP, Pharm. D., MD) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in oncology, preferably community-based, and 5+ years of experience in clinical research.
  • Experience building and leading successful oncology program development, such as in clinical research, genetics, precision medicine.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
