Mt Sinai Hospital seeks a seasoned Director of Patient Care Services to lead our clinical operations. As a key member of the executive team, you'll drive strategic planning, implement evidence-based practices, and promote a culture of safety and quality. About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a dynamic leader with a Master's degree in nursing or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in clinical and administrative roles. A professional board certification in leadership and/or clinical specialty is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Key Responsibilities:
As Director of Patient Care Services, you'll oversee multiple critical care units and teams, managing over 250 FTEs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing clinical policies, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, evaluating program effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement.
