Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of chiller technologies, including component selection, system integration, and performance enhancement.
  • Conduct thermal evaluations and simulations to assess system performance across various operating conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and manufacturing, to establish project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in thermal systems design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or thermal engineering with a specialization in chiller technologies.
  • PhD in a relevant field.
  • Experience in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer principles, and refrigeration cycles.
  • Familiarity with product development processes from concept design to production release.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
