Key Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing roof inspections
  • Possessing reliable transportation
  • Engaging in door-to-door sales
  • Following up on leads
  • Conducting inspections on roofs and exteriors to assess storm damage
  • Cultivating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Staying updated with product information and industry changes
  • Providing customer service support
  • Documenting roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings
  • Participating in proactive lead generation by door-knocking and seeking referrals
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Creating sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
