The Municipality of Anchorage AK is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for all areas of recruiting and layoff process throughout the Municipality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post vacancy announcements to attract top talent
- Receipt, evaluation, screening, and referral of qualified candidates for various positions
