Job Summary

The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Specialist to support the Alaska Flight Services Information Area Group (AFSIAG) manager with the management of program/project work activities, budget execution, and formulation activities surrounding Alaska Flight Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize budget processes, procedures, and requirements to formulate, justify, and monitor the execution of the budget.
  • Prepare financial documents, reports, and budgets using various software and programs.
  • Experience with Travel (E2), Budget (REGIS, DELPHI), Personal Property Accountability (AITS), and Acquisition (PRISM) software is highly desirable.
Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/band (FG/GS-12 or FV-H). Specialized experience is defined as experience utilizing budget processes, procedures, and requirements, preparing financial documents, and using various software and programs.
