Inside Business Development Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Business Development Associate to join our team at Puffer-Sweiven. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting our Outside Sales team in selling products and services.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Support Outside Sales team in selling products and services to customers.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotes, including product sizing, selection, and pricing.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers on a day-to-day basis.
- BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced technical knowledge/understanding of product offerings, business, and industries served.
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to develop rapport and trust with customers.
Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience.
