Business Development Associate

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the role of Account Associate, where you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our customers, develop and implement marketing strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, working with our agent to develop and implement marketing plans, and identifying opportunities to support local community events. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to work in a dynamic environment, make you an ideal candidate for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the agent to create and execute marketing plans that drive business growth.
- Support local community events and initiatives that align with our agency's values and mission.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by maintaining open communication channels and fostering teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A Property and Casualty license (currently held) and the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
