Role Overview:

Betches Media is in search of a dynamic VP, Creative Director to define the creative vision and strategic direction for the brand and its collaborators. This crucial position involves a blend of creative development, strategic oversight, leadership, and practical implementation. The successful candidate will guide a team, transforming brand collaborations into engaging storytelling experiences through inventive design and content. This role will report directly to the Revenue Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage creative strategies for brand collaborations
  • Work alongside various teams to create comprehensive creative solutions
  • Focus on diverse content formats, especially video content for social media platforms
  • Oversee client projects, leading teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Adopt a holistic approach to campaign strategies, integrating multiple elements
  • Encourage creative thinking and challenge existing strategies when necessary
  • Mentor and motivate team members to promote innovation

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in creative roles within marketing or advertising, particularly in social media
  • Demonstrated success in team management and creative leadership
  • Comprehensive understanding of media trends, audience behavior, and social media creative tactics
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Capability to articulate creative concepts effectively to clients and teams
  • Data-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable results
  • Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles in brand collaborations
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and platforms
  • A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $200,000, accompanied by additional benefits and perks. Taking into account factors such as experience and location, the total compensation package includes numerous advantages, such as:
