Key Responsibilities- Account Management

- Guide communication with clients to ensure campaigns meet both brand and ATTN goals.
- Strengthen and own client and partner agency relationships, ensuring direct reports align with client needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, latest paid offerings, and social platform capabilities to inform client strategies.
- Ensure efficient campaign lifecycles, resolving conflicts internally and externally as needed.
- Collaborate with Executive Director, Client Services, and ATTN leadership to identify growth opportunities.
- Management & Professional Development
- Manage and mentor junior client services members, ensuring client relationships and personal growth.
- Lead by example, valuing cross-functional teams and coaching through wins and losses.
- Juggle team members' strengths and weaknesses, providing learning opportunities and prioritizing top-notch client service.
- Delegate effectively, knowing when to let others lead client initiatives and when to step in.
- 7+ years of experience in client services at a creative agency, with a proven track record of success across AOR and project-based business.
- Deep experience in social media, including paid and organic strategies, with fluency in social KPIs, influencer strategies, and platform capabilities.
- Comfortability managing executive leadership and co-owning senior client relationships on high-profile accounts.
- Experience developing competitive analysis, case studies, social playbooks, and other strategic materials to drive business forward.
- Ability to effectively lead client business while supporting others, adapting to changing demands.

The salary range for this position is $150,000-170,000, based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and role-dependent factors.
